Egads it's been a long time. Way way longer than I wanted, but I'm back and I'm feeling pretty good. 
I can't wait to show you guys some of what I've been drawing. I got into ArtCards as an easy way to keep doodle supplies on hand at all times. And apparently I developed a thing for Ceratopsians.
Now, let me get to dusting this place off.

So... funny story.
We hadn't even unpacked all our boxes when we had to move again. yay!
On the plus side, we have a really nice apartment of our very own again and we have everything unpacked and set up how we want. I have my own art space and I've been working on a new project.
After getting so many wonderful comments on my art I've been seriously thinking about having my artwork printed as a coloring book. I've got 40 really nice pieces ready to be chosen from. Right now I'm writing little blurbs to go with each picture. Nothing too fancy, just a quick 'why I did this picture' type thing.
I'm also thinking of doing a poll to help me find out which
Moving time.
I've been spending the last couple of month getting ready to move out of the old home state an onto somewhere new. I never realize how much stuff I have until I have to try to fit it all into boxes. But we got rid of a lot of things and hopefully we'll be able to fit it all without having to get a box truck.
I'm that incredible mix of excited and nervous. For one thing we will be temporarily moving in with my father in New York state then... well, that's still up in the air and dependent on where we find jobs. Let the adventure begin!
Well, that was interesting.
So you're probably all wondering where I went this time... or not, that's cool too. Turns out the bad health fairy decided to stop by and mess with me and my family. Everything is fine now, but damn. The bad news is that I have Diabetes and have been spending the last few months learning to manage it, the good news is I don't have cancer!
There is nothing quite like the stress of sitting in a cancer ward waiting to learn if you need another round of tests or if you are fine and the previous tests were just anomalies.
So yeah, giving it another try at the whole "I'm back" thing. Hopefully it's a good long while until the next cluster f
Busy busy busy
Something finally clicked and now I'm drawing pretty regularly. I've got another small pile of art cards to scan in plus some larger pieces done. It feels really good to have my art mojo back!
I just have to remember to come up for air every now and again so I don't burn out.
